I started my career in digital marketing, focusing on copywriting, editing, and brand messaging. I’ve built campaigns, refined voice and style guides, and collaborated with brands to create content that feels clear, intentional, and true to who they are.

Along the way, I naturally began taking on training responsibilities, onboarding new employees, coordinating team certifications, and mentoring junior team members. Drawn to the structure behind the content and the systems that support team performance led me toward Learning & Development.

I’m now focused on project coordination and training development within corporate environments, especially in beauty and retail. I enjoy creating structured programs, delivering trainings, and building systems that help teams perform with clarity and confidence.
