This spec case study demonstrates how I would coordinate the design and rollout of a structured onboarding and certification program within a corporate retail beauty organization.

The business challenge: inconsistent onboarding across regions, extended ramp time for new associates, and variation in product storytelling at the store level.

As the Learning & Development Coordinator, I owned project timeline management, cross-functional alignment, training deck development, LMS configuration planning, and rollout communication strategy.

Shift Digital

Developed two internal training guides to support digital consultant onboarding and client readiness. One resource walks new team members through Google Skillshop, explaining its purpose and providing step-by-step instructions to access and complete required certifications. The second is a concise reference designed to help consultants clearly explain SEO and SEM during dealer calls, translating complex terminology into simple definitions and practical talking points to improve confidence and consistency.
